Sculptor T Barny invites visitors into his Alexander Valley Studio.

For two weekends, October 10–11 & 17–18, 2026, visitors can explore T Barny’s working studio, see sculptures in progress and finished works, and discover how a block of stone becomes sculpture.

At 11 AM and 3 PM each day, T Barny will lead a special Studio Tour & Demonstration, sharing the tools and techniques behind his direct-carving process. Visitors can see how he carves and polishes stone, learn about the tools of the trade, and even pick up a hammer and chisel and try carving marble themselves.

With more than 45 years as a sculptor, T Barny has created over 1,000 sculptures, working with more than 200 types of stone from around the world.

Come meet the artist, explore the studio, and See Art in Action.
